About us
The trauma hospital has 6 operating theatres. There are 4 aseptic operating rooms on the fifth floor of the Ponávka 6 building and 1 mesoseptic and 1 septic operating room on the third floor of the Ponávka 4 building. The operating room is focused on trauma, polytrauma, emergency surgery, elective orthopaedic surgery, surgical operations and minimally invasive surgical procedures - arthroscopy, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy. Approximately 6,500 operations are performed here annually. The service in the operating theatre is 24 hours a day.

Sterilisation centre
is a part of the operating theatres and adjacent sterilization, located on the fifth floor of the Trauma Hospital Ponávka 6. There are interleaved steam sterilizers - Unisteri and Sterivap, which are validated according to Decree 306/2012.
The sterilization centre offers services - steam sterilization for external entities (private doctors, ambulance services, etc.).
