Patients´ satisfaction

Dear Director, I was an outpatient at your hospital this week (diagnosed with diverticulitis). I would like to thank two doctors in particular, MUDr. Ondřej Salaš and MUDr. Martin Sobotka, for their excellent care, empathy and sensitive human approach. I also encountered unprecedented helpfulness and friendly attitude not only with the doctors but also with the other staff in urology, X-ray, sono and CT. I also appreciated the flexible organization and minimal waiting time for individual examinations. Although this unsolicited experience was not pleasant from a health perspective, the above circumstances instilled complete confidence in me and gave me faith in the right treatment and recovery. And for that I am truly grateful.

Dear Mr. Director, my name is Zdeněk Junák and on 8th July this year I was hospitalized in your Trauma Hospital Brno. I injured the toe of my left foot. Basically, it was a blister from small shoes. I got a gasket which burst. I wasn't paying attention. But after about a fortnight, my toe turned red, my foot swelled up and hurt. I sought medical attention at the trauma hospital. On call that day was Mr. Vladimir Krass, M.D. When he saw my foot, he made a very precise diagnosis and ordered immediate hospitalization. I had contracted an extensive infection in my toe and was even in danger of having my toe amputated. Thanks to the timely and highly professional medical intervention of MUDr. Krasse and the team of doctors and nurses , after twelve days of hospitalization everything went well and today my toe and foot are fine. Dear Director, I ask you from the bottom of my heart if you would be so kind as to express my enormous thanks to MUDr. Vladimir Krassa and his team on my behalf. I wish you a wonderful summer.
